So I decided to email them about the issue I had with an Employee!
This was their kind response:

As I appreciate everything and the gift to I guess make me feel better
(after all everyone loves free stuff)
What I really want is something done!
I seen all your comments and what my friends have said to me leave me to believe this is a HUGE deal!
There are far too many people getting rude MAC employees!
I just hope they do something about it!
What I really want to do is pop in the store again and see if her attitude has changed or even if she's still there! Next time I'm not keeping my mouth shut cause she needs to know people should talk to other people in this way!
We should feel comfortable when going into one of there stores and not have to shy away from the store to do online shopping just because of rude employees! They should be catering to us!
I used to work in retail and would get rude customers (I was not rude at all!)
And even then I kept my mouth shut and have to fake a smile and help them in any way possible!
Thats the job! You have to have great customer service in order to deal with people.
If that woman couldn't even act nice to a customer who was mearly looking at a product box to read it, I don't know how she would respond to a difficult customer?!
I sure hope that she wasn't a manager because she is most certainly not fit for the job!
I know this can happen anywhere not just MAC but to me, I have to honestly say this was the only horrible experience I have had shopping in a makeup store!
I still LOVE me some MAC Makeup ;)
How about you guys?
Yesterday I had gone to the MAC in:
Store Smith Haven
313 Smith Haven Mall
Lake Grove, NY 11754
(631) 724-5960
It was 2:00pm.
I walked in with my husband and 2 year old boy who was sleeping in the carriage.
A male employee immediately asked if I needed any help.
Now at the time he was behind the register and I did not see him so I looked over to the woman employee who had been on the floor and I said, "Just looking thank you!"
The male employee who I didn't notice standing behind the register said, "Oh I'm over here."
I said, "Oh I'm sorry I didn't see you over there".
The female employee that worked there then says, "Did she think that was my voice?! I would hope I didn't sound like a man, No offenses!"
(now I have always had hearing issues and can't tell where a sound may be coming from, plus I have a deep voice myself so I didn't think anything about it)
I was already thrown off by this response from the woman employee.
For one I didn't feel like she should have said anything about how I confused where the voice came from or who it was after I had already apologized!
Second she didn't say Hi or anything to greet me when I had walked in even though she was on the floor!
Anyways I continued looking and walked over to one wall and picked up a fix + bottle to read what exactly it does and if they had any pricing info as there was no sign near this product.
As I was reading it the woman employee then said, "If there is anything you want to look at or try it's on the back wall, Don't touch anything on that wall!"
I looked over at my husband cause I wasn't sure if I heard her nasty response correctly and we were both in shock! I saw my husband turn away as he was now pissed off and wanted to leave.
I placed the item back exactly how it was and said, "ok".
I looked around trying to not let this ruin my shopping but it was too late it had already!
I walked out and didn't buy anything!
I was so mad I didn't get her name either because at this point I just wanted to leave the mall entirely!
I had kept my mouth shut the entire time since my son was asleep and I didn't want to start anything with the rude female employee!
It was not ok that an employee talked to me this way as if I was a child!
To treat a potential customer in this matter!
Customers should be allowed to look around and look at things!
I wasn't opening anything I was reading the bottle to get some info.
I'm 30 years old not a child!
I touched one thing and this was the rude comment I got!
I am NOT happy at all!
It takes alot for me to be unhappy! I have 4 kids and am very easy going.
But this really has ruined my day!
I could have easily gone to the Macy's in that same mall and got better service from the MAC booth! They always seem to treat me with respect there!
I remember this woman employee the 1st time I went to this MAC Store and she didn't say Hi or anything to me to greet me! She needs to be taught customer service of some sort!
Maybe even fired!
They have lost me as a customer in that store!
I understand it's not the company but one employee that has ruined it for me!
I love MAC products and always shop in stores, But at this point this entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth!
Something must be done!
I was talking to a few of my friends on this matter to see if it was just me.
But infact it wasn't!
They said they always get bad vibes going to that particular MAC Store.
What do you guys think?
Have you every had bad vibes when going to MAC stores?
What do you think should be done?

4. Title this post 'The Procrastinating Beauty Blogger TAG' so everyone knows what it is about.
5. Have fun! :)
1. Name a beauty regime that you rarely do?
I would have to say toner.. I don't haven any and when I do I run out pretty fast and forget to buy it.
P.S. if anyone knows of a good toner please comment me below and let me know so I can try it out!
2. Is washing your makeup brushes something you do regularly?
I don't do it every day but I would try and do them every week. Its about that time that I must do them cause I skipped last week!
3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?
I take it off right away! I have an issue I bite my nails horribly so nail polish usually never stay on my nails that long.
4. How long do you put off buying/replacing a beauty or nail polish product even if you need it? (i.e purchasing a new topcoat, or a new foundation etc.)
I usually forget to replace my items when I use it all but my husband has been so kind in buying my makeup so I'm stocked up on foundation! :D
5. What is your worst beauty habit?
hmm I do go into the sun and forget to put SPF on myself...
but another habit is how horrible I bite my nails :(
I have tried to stop on numerous occasions.
I also have very dry skin and don't put on lotion everyday like I should.
6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?
I'd have to agree with Kelly on this one!! LOL I also forget anything to do with my car! I even let the car gas go too low.. I'm not a car chick. Speaking of my car needs an oil change lol!
7. When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready until the last minute or not?
Yes but only because I have 4 kids so I make sure they are ready first so I can focus on myself last. ;)
8. Can you commit to spending bans?
yes but it kills me! My husbands worse cause I will not buy anything because I know I should be saving money and he asks me if I want to stop by ulta or Sephora or sometimes he buys me makeup lol!
Yeah I'm kinda spoiled!
9. How organized is your makeup and nail polish collection?
They used to be thrown in one makeup case and others that didn't fit into a sephora bag lol
But my husband realized I needed to keep it organized so he brought me an awesome tuber-wear organizer draws (4 skinny draws and one big one) from target :)
10. What is the longest amount of time you have gone without writing a blog post?
I'd have to say a year..
I had to move in our New house and it took a while for my life to get calm again and plus my laptop at the moment crashed so I didn't have a pc till hubby got a mac for us.
I TAG...
